Could you share the inspiration behind developing the PMS Support module within the Soaak Mobile App, what drew you to addressing such specific needs of women’s health?

Growing up, I faced the real struggles of severe menstrual cramps – the kind that sent me searching for baths and medications for relief. It was a personal battle that fuelled a deep determination to find a solution. Crafting the PMS Support module within the Soaak Mobile App became my way of turning those challenges into an opportunity for change. The journey was more than just creating a feature; it was about providing a practical and effective tool for women to find relief from common menstrual symptoms wherever they may be.

Imagine being able to carry something in your pocket that eases those cramps and mood swings. The excitement of making a positive impact on women’s lives is what keeps this journey moving forward.

How did the team at Soaak research and develop this technology?

Creating the PMS frequency composition was no small feat. Our team at Soaak, a group mainly consisting of holistic practitioners, took a deep dive into understanding the nuances of frequency therapy to address the real, everyday struggles faced by women during menstruation.

With a significant representation of women on the team, we carefully considered the range of symptoms – from headaches to mood swings, cramps, and bloating. It was about formulating a PMS frequency that wasn’t just a one-size-fits-all solution, but a tailored approach to provide effective relief. The development process was a collaboration of experiences, expertise, and a shared commitment to making a positive impact on women’s health.

With the significant increase in user growth, particularly among women, what feedback have you received regarding the effectiveness of the PMS Support module in managing symptoms like bloating, headaches, and mood changes commonly associated with PMS and PMDD?

The surge in user growth, especially among women, has been remarkable for Soaak. What’s even more satisfying is the feedback pouring in about the effectiveness of the PMS Support module. Testimonials consistently highlight how the module has become a game-changer for users, offering relief from headaches, emotional turbulence and the uncomfortable bloating that often accompanies PMS and PMDD.

It’s not just about numbers and stats; it’s about real stories of women experiencing tangible improvements in their day-to-day lives. Knowing that we’re making a difference in managing the common symptoms of PMS and PMDD is the ultimate validation of our efforts.

What has been the hardest part of your journey with Soaak Technologies so far?

Our journey with Soaak Technologies has been an adventure, and like any adventure, it came with its fair share of challenges. However, the most significant hurdle was the educational component surrounding frequency therapy. It’s not easy introducing a novel approach to a broader audience, especially one that involves breaking away from traditional methods.

Effectively communicating the concept and showcasing the tangible benefits of frequency therapy has required persistent effort. We’re not just developers; we’re educators, trying to bring people on board with a new way of thinking about and managing health challenges. Overcoming scepticism and fostering understanding about the science behind sound frequency therapy continues to be a pivotal aspect of our journey.

Considering the prevalence of conditions like PMDD and the associated stigma, what strategies has Soaak Technologies employed to raise awareness and provide support for women experiencing these challenges, both within the app and through external initiatives?

In a world where conditions like PMDD often come with a heavy dose of stigma, Soaak Technologies has adopted a comprehensive strategy to raise awareness and provide support within the Soaak Mobile App by providing a tailored frequency composition that addresses PMS and PMDD symptoms. It’s about acknowledging the specific challenges faced by women and offering a practical tool to address them.

Externally, through our clinics, we’re taking a holistic approach. It’s not just about the digital realm; it’s about offering real, tangible support. From functional lab testing to in-person visits and telehealth consultations, we’re identifying the root causes of women’s health issues. The goal is not only to provide holistic support but also to contribute to a broader conversation about women’s health.

Our strategy extends beyond the app – it’s about changing the narrative, breaking down barriers, and offering comprehensive support to those facing the challenges of conditions like PMDD. It’s a continuous effort to destigmatise discussions around women’s health and provide practical solutions that make a meaningful difference.
